We currently offer two unique subscription boxes to elevate your home experience:

Izaria Candle Box – Formerly the Velvet Vela Candle Box, this quarterly subscription presents an exclusive selection of luxury candles, now crafted with an enhanced, cleaner formula, perfect for elevating your home’s ambiance with every delivery.
Absolutely! You can skip any upcoming box—just be sure to do so at least 2 days before the renewal date. Once the renewal process begins, we’re unable to cancel the box, and no refunds or cancellations will be accepted after renewal.

Billing takes place on the 1st day of each shipping month. For example, if your box ships in January, you’ll be billed on January 1st. To receive the current box, please refer to our cutoff calendar; if you order after the cutoff date, you will receive the following season’s box instead. Be sure to make any changes or cancellations at least two days before renewal to avoid charges.

Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log in to your account on our website to view your order status and tracking information.
It depends on your location. Orders processed locally will typically take 5-7 business days to arrive. You will receive detailed delivery information in your confirmation email. Please note that custom orders may take additional days for production.
